Iron-rich! Furikake Aji sesame 「あじごま」
As a sprinkling, of course, but also for dressing vegetables or as a salad topping. It can also be eaten as is as a snack or as a snack with drinks.
Sesame seeds are soaked in a sweet and spicy seasoning made from two-year-aged Japanese soy sauce and sugar and baked. The crunchy texture is a new type of seasoned sesame. No preservatives, colourings, flavourings or other unnatural ingredients are used.
