Collection: Sesame paste
The characteristic of production of our sesame pastes is that we grind sesames twice using the old fashioned stone mortars.
By grinding them twice, it creates creamy, aromatic, and sweet sesame paste.
We use stone mortar because it doesn’t cause to add extra heat to the roasted sesame.
If the roasted sesame gets extra heat during grinding, its flavor and aroma that roasting made before the grinding will be completely lost.
Stone mortars don’t cause this heating problem.
They make GOMA NERI NERI, the sesame paste, with excellent aroma and flavor.
